These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FineFinds platform as a service provider or vendor. By registering as a vendor or listing your services on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
As a vendor, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information about your business, qualifications, and services. You are responsible for maintaining and updating your profile information, including certifications, licenses, and contact details.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your service descriptions, pricing, availability, and policies. All information must be truthful and not misleading. You must promptly update any changes to your services, schedules, or pricing.
FineFinds processes payments on your behalf and charges a commission fee for each successful booking. Commission rates are clearly communicated during registration. Payments are transferred to your designated account according to our standard payout schedule, minus applicable fees and taxes.
You must establish and clearly communicate your own refund and cancellation policies to customers. FineFinds will facilitate refunds according to your stated policy. In cases of vendor-caused cancellations or policy violations, you may be required to provide full refunds regardless of your stated policy.
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards related to child care and education services. This includes maintaining proper licenses, certifications, insurance, and safety protocols. You are required to conduct appropriate background checks for all staff members.
You are responsible for delivering services as described and maintaining professional standards. FineFinds reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendors who consistently receive poor reviews, violate safety protocols, or fail to deliver promised services.
You may not use the platform to promote services outside of FineFinds, solicit direct payments, or circumvent our booking and payment systems. You must not engage in fraudulent activities, spam, or any behavior that violates our community guidelines.
You retain ownership of your original content but grant FineFinds a license to use, display, and promote your listings and materials on our platform. You must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights or use copyrighted materials without permission.
You maintain full responsibility and liability for your services, premises, and staff. You must carry appropriate liability insurance and indemnify FineFinds against any claims arising from your services. FineFinds is not liable for incidents occurring during your classes or programs.
FineFinds reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms, quality issues, safety concerns, or fraudulent activity. We will provide notice when possible, but immediate termination may occur for serious violations.
You must handle customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. You may not use customer information for marketing purposes outside of the FineFinds platform or share it with third parties without consent.
